Ethics Bowl

At The Hudson School, we want to empower our students to think critically and ethically. In seventh grade, students study ethics as part of the academic curriculum. On April 30th, The Hudson School along with 8 other schools participated in the inaugural New Jersey Middle School Ethics Bowl hosted by The Ethics Institute at Kent Place School. Our 7/8 grade team won first place and will go on to compete nationally.

"Life presents all of us with small and large ethical problems. We want our students ready for them. By having the experience of analyzing problems and discussing them in a group, they will be better prepared to make difficult decisions that are aligned with their ethical code."
