Constellations
A Play by Nick Payne
Directed by Adam Sentoni
The reductionist worldview is chilling and impersonal. It has to be accepted as it is, not because we like it, but because that is the way the world works.
– Steven Weinberg in Brian Greene’s, The Elegant Universe
We’re currently in rehearsal for Nick Payne’s beautiful play about a relationship, quantum mechanics, and beekeeping. Through a series of meetings, choices, and different probabilities Roland (a beekeeper) and Marianne (a physicist) come together, break apart, and deal with the mysteries of love, life, and death. A look at partnership through the myriad pathways of string theory.
This Upper School play will be performed December 9-11, 2022. Make your reservations now! Email: [email protected]
